      1. Solve words to uncover their hidden connection. Each miss adds a clue, up to five. Found letters help you along.
      2. After two solves, guess the connection. Get it right and win immediately.
      3. Win the connection bonus plus 1,000 points for every unfinished word. Guess earlier for a bigger bonus.
      4. Take unlimited connection guesses. Each wrong connection costs 500 points.
      Scoring & hints

      Connection bonus after 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 answers: 5,000 / 3,000 / 1,500 / 500. Two first-guess solves + the earliest connection bonus + three unfinished words = 10,000 points.

      Word points on guesses 1–6+: 1,000 / 800 / 600 / 400 / 200 / 100. On a connection win, even a word you have started earns the full 1,000. Earlier solved words keep their earned points; revealed answers stay at zero and lower the connection bonus. Penalties still apply, and totals can go below zero.

      Found letters show neither positions nor repeat counts. Clue 4 reveals the first letter; clue 5 reveals the first two. Press Enter or Next after solving a word.
